Tool Factory is happy to announce free shipping on all our stocked items nationwide!

Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in New Zealand. Any shipments outside of New Zealand are not available at this time. 

 

Please note: We are currently unable to deliver to PO boxes. When ordering, please enter a physical address. 

Delivery Time

All orders placed online will be processed within one working day. Once the order has been processed the product should arrive within 1 - 3 working days depending on your location and the size of the product. For rural addresses, delivery may take a couple days longer. Working days are Monday to Friday, except holidays. If you would like a more specific estimate on when your product will arrive, please email us at sales@toolfactory.co.nz. We are happy to help. 

Please note: From time to time we are unable to provide free freight on large products to rural & residential addresses. In these cases we will be in touch to find a solution. 

Damaged Items in Transport

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at sales@toolfactory.co.nz

 

Important Info: 

BEFORE SIGNING OR ACCEPTING GOODS 

1. Check the packaging for any signs of possible damage. 
2. Open the packing and examine the goods for damage.
3. F THE GOODS ARE DAMAGED, either reject them immediately OR clearly note the damage on the delivery consignment note before signing.
4. Please let us know as soon as practically possible that you have received a damaged consignment. 
5. Supply photos of that damage to sales@toolfactory.co.nz

 Note: Please ensure you notify us within 24 hours of delivery for ANY claim..

FAILURE TO DO SO MAY VOID ANY CLAIM YOU HAVE AGAINST TOOL FACTORY OR THE CARRIER.
